Tech Team Scheduler


  • A simple utility to keep track of agreed client schedules, and/or to plan team allocation

  • To add a schedule, click on a cell, enter project name, click on OK, select remote or onsite in the pop-up box, and click on save.
  • To modify an existing schedule, click on the cell, and modify the contents

  • To delete an existing schedule, click on the delete icon in the cell
  • Refresh the page - or navigate to next week and return back - in case delete icon is not present for newly added schedules

  • In case a team member is not available / on leave, enter it is a schedule with the title "NotAvailable" or "NA" and mark as "onsite" - it will then become visible in the page

  • This utility is meant for use by PMs alone. Do not share the url with team members.
  • This is an inhouse developed utility - don't expect any great features - meant purely for internal use to the extent applicable. There is no logging, audit trail or access controls built - So do not tamper with other's data :-). Suggestions for functional improvements welcome but implementation could be a challenge
